How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

If your item takes any longer than this time frame please contact our customer service team and we will look into your order.
All furniture in our Luxury furniture collection will take 8 - 16 weeks as all our furniture is all made to order.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.
Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed you can cancel it within 24 hours. After this it is not possible to amend/add or cancel any items included in the order. If you want to change the recipient details or delivery address please let us know asap. We do not allow a cancellation of an order as once its processed as your custom item has began its journey.
